Where we work
Collaborators work remotely, from their own country, for client companies in Europe, Switzerland and Canada. What matters is not the city — it is which data protection framework applies.
A remote model, stated plainly
Workynet LLC is registered in New Mexico. The collaborators it puts you in touch with are independent contractors, based in their own country, working remotely. There is no local branch, no agency, and no on-site presence — in any city.
We say so because the opposite is often implied. A provider that lists forty city pages suggests forty local offices. We have none, and the service is no worse for it: what you buy is a capacity and a result, not a desk.
The geography that does matter: the applicable framework
Where your company is established determines which rules govern your data — and that is a real question, unlike the city of a provider who works remotely.

Meeting in person
Everything runs over video by default. An in-person meeting is possible for a kick-off or a review: it is decided case by case and arranged in advance. It stays the exception, and that follows from everything above — the collaborator works from their own country, and we claim no local presence anywhere.
We do not publish a list of cities we can fly to. It would say nothing useful about the service, and it would contradict the point of this page: what determines the engagement is the applicable framework, not a distance.
What we do not claim
We are not a temporary employment agency, we do not second workers, and we do not supply staff. The collaborator remains an independent contractor, free to organise their own time and methods, with no hierarchical relationship. This is stated in our terms and in the service contract, and it is the same in every country.
